Might be important to mention the duplicated contacts do not appear in
the database/persistence layer. It is a client side bug only. I would
mark/move this to the openerp-web code branch.

  1. Take an instance with demo data
  2. click on a customer
  3. at the end of the form, under the followers, click on the name of the customer you're having a look at (like on the screenshot)
  4. -> bug: The contacts get duplicated
