  7.0 partner  uncheck "is company" must not unlink all contacts without
  warning

Status in OpenERP Server:
  New

Bug description:
  unchecking "is company" must warn before unlinking all contacts as
  this is a non reversible action. I doubt that it will be possible to
  find these unlinked contacts in thousands of res_partner records.
