Title:
  Manufacturing manager is not able to create a new work center

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce the bug:
  1. Create a new user  and assign him rights of Manufacturing Manager + Manage Routings (only mrp module is installed).
  2. login to that new user and go to Manufacturing/Configuration/Work Center menu, there will be a button to create a work center.
  3. click on create, in the work center form view, you will not be able to fill some required information,
  (See the attached image  for more details.)

  possible solution to fix this problem is to add an access right(read,
  write, create, delete) of resource.resource for Manufacturing Manager.
