Hello Carlos,

As in previous version we have button like "compute tax" before
validating the invoice.

So as per my opinion for this functionality in new version we can do
is,have to make one check box in accounting configuration.So
based on that we can visible "compute tax" button on invoice.

Before implementing this we need to take the suggestions form Community.
That's why I am setting this as an "Opinion".
