To reproduce
* enable "Allow a different address for delivery and invoicing"
* open the contact from the list view ! (not from company form)
* change address (city street) of contact
* open contacts  company - adress has changed

Bug description:
  to reproduce
  create "a Company" - city Paris
  create " a Contact" - city London

  Edit "a Contact" and set the company to "a Company"

  the company address must not change to London

   - SHOW STOPPER for many companies
