it is an duplicate? Source of failure seems to be equal. But places where Failure starts are different.

  [7.0]Error Message on Create Partner, saved one before

Bug description:
  To Reproduce:

  Got to Sale -> Sale -> Customers and create a partner
  Save Partner and then click again directly in entry from saved partner "Create".

  
  Error Message Appears:

  "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'message_subtype_data' of
  undefined"
