Hi,

Indeed this is not exactly the place for reporting forum issues, it is
normally meant for issues with the product itself.

I've just fixed the registration CAPTCHA on the forum, after reading
your comment on this question

I switched it to a Q&A CAPTCHA instead of a graphical one, as there seem to be multiple issues with the graphical versions under certain circumstances, and we seem to have hit those circumstances.
I hope you registration will succeed now. Do not forget to clear your browser cookies if you have trouble logging in at some point.

BTW, the forum is far from the only way to obtain free community support, and is perhaps not the most efficient one. Other resources include:

PS: please don't check the "Security Vulnerability" option when
reporting a bug unless you bug report really describes a possible
security vulnerability (typically a bug that can be exploited to gain
elevated privileges or execute unauthorized operations)

Title:
  cannot register for the forum

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I'm aware that this is perhaps not the place for this bug but I have
  tried to contact you via email (no response) then by phone (put on
  hold then transfered to a dead extension) and I cannot register for
  the forum (as the title suggests).

  Previously the register link of the forum was going to a 500 error page. This has been fixed but you STILL CANNOT REGISTER:
  go here and click on the 'accet'
  http://forum.openerp.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register

  you will see at the bottom there is a field asking for a captcha input
  'confirmation code' however the image does not display because it is
  not configured correctly, probably a permissions thing but sooo
  infuriating.. I've been trying to evaluate OpenEP for our business for
  over a month but cant even get to onto the forum..

  Please fix this guys!
  My evaluation window is closing.
