Bug description:
  Hello
  to reproduce
  fresh install
  load language German
  set language to German
  open module LIST
  sort column "Module Bezeichnung"

  it is really time to address this issue

  it is really embarrassing having to explain clients that OpenERP can
  not sort correctly.
