  [Project] Issues issue: "2" number in pager arrows while there is only
  one record

Bug description:
      [NEL-ISSUE-01]:

  1. go on a db_all on the runbot
  2. Go to Project => Project => Issues and open an issue for example id=7
  3. click on the follower administrator. 
  4. the user form opens but the list shows two items intead of one.
