Hello ,

I have checked This issue and i noticed that code of Date picker is at
web side so this issue dose not affect to Framework.

@community: I request to take a look at this and take a appropriate
decision on this.

  How to reproduce:
  1.New database
  2.Install Sales
  3.Install Chinese language
  4.Create a new SO
  5.Click on the date picker in date field.

  Date picker is not translated into local language

  This functionality was working in 6.1
