I have tested your issue in both 7.0 and latest trunk but have not found
any problem, So can you please try again and give more information. I

Title:
  [Sales] Selecting a product with 1 unit in stock after selecting a
  product with no stock gives a stock warning message

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1. Go to Sales => Quotations and create a new quotation
  2. in the sale order line, select a product you know has no stock (e.g. blank cd in demo data)
  3. in the same line, change the product to a product that has 1 unit in stock 

  You still get a warning telling you you have only 0.08 unit in stock.
  If you delete the line, then add a new line for the product that has
  stock, you won't get any warning.
