I have tried this issue in both 7.0 and trunk but have not faced any
problem. I have attached the video would you please check it and please
give more information regarding this issue.

  Survey buttons missing when opening form view from kanban view

Bug description:
  Version 7.0-20130122-001415 with Survey module:

  To reproduce:
  - go to Tools > Surveys > Surveys
  - on the top right corner of one of the demo surveys click "Edit"

  Notice the space at the right of  the "Save or Discard" buttons: it's
  empty and should feature action buttons.

  - now click on the "Form View" button on the right-most side:

  Note that now the buttons "Print, Attachment(s), More" are shown.
