  [Lunch] Our prod database: error message when printing a previous
  lunch order

Bug description:
  In openerp.my.openerp.com,

  1. Go to Lunch => Previous Orders
  2. Open a record
  3. Click on Print and print the order => error

  Field user_id not found in browse_record(lunch.order.line, 2662)

  Apparently, this is because the user_id has not been set during the
  migration.
