yes but to what company does the Consolidation COA's structure belong?
the main company? then you must allow having several COA strcture per
company... it belongs to no company? ok but then it means that you can't
restrict visibility using the default multi-company rules...

Bug description:
  Hello,

  By mistake I have installed the cutoms Chart of account + an other
  one.

  I noticed that it is possible to post a journal entry (=move) with account from 2 different Chart of account.
  This should be forbiden by the system.

  We added a set of constraint in this v7, this one should be added
