Title:
  OpenERP 7.0 on Windows -> Error using Menu Reporting -> Project

Status in OpenERP Server:
  New

Bug description:
  Used Openerp Version: openerp-allinone-setup-7.0-20130123-165334.exe
  OS: Windows Server 2012
  PostgreSQL: 8.4.15-1

  When I try to create a report for projects under the reporting menu I
  get the errors seen in the attached files.

  The errors seen in the webbrowser: "Error in Webbrowser.txt"

  The errors recorded on the server side: "openerp-server.log"
