I should have written in English, of course.
Colombian chart of accounts (l10n_co) was written including the full description of the account into the notes of each field (which was a great idea!). However, the description included doesn't match the account in numerous (most) cases in account_chart.xml.  If the developer used a script for creating the xml this should be an easy fix.

Bug description:
  El plan de cuentas colombiano ( l10n_co) incluye  información
  detallada del PUC colombiano para describir cada una de las cuentas.
  Esta descripción se agregó en el atributo "note" de cada campo en el
  archivo account_chart.xml.  El problema es que la descripción no
  coincide con la cuenta en muchos casos, posiblemente a causa de un
  error en el script que se haya usado para crear el archivo a partir de
  http://puc.com.co.
