Title:
German translation for Swiss chart account not available?

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
I have translated the Swiss chart account in \addons\l10n_ch\i18n to german. The 'de.po' in this directory contains now all the needed german strings.
If I create a new database in OpenERP 7.0 on my Ubuntu 12.04 and import the 'Schweizer Buchführung'-module (l10n_ch) I have the choice for many types of chart accounts (from 'Custom', 'Argentina...' until some chinese entry). I choose 'Schweizer Buchführung'.

A little bit later, the installation wizard ask me, what kind of
template I want to install. I can choose between 'Configurable Chart
Account Template' and 'Plan comptable Sterchi'.

This is the start of my problem: The second entry should already be
translated by my 'de.po' language file and be called 'Kontenplan
Sterchi'. If I ignore the french title and apply this entry anyway,
the complete chart of account appears in french.

The /var/log/openerp/openerp-server-7.0.log contains lines for every single 'not available' translation, like
2013-01-27 14:29:45,594 5453 INFO t1 openerp.addons.l10n_multilang.l10n_multilang: Language: de_DE. Translation from template: there is no translation available for Nettoyage des locaux de personnel!

How can I tell OpenERP to use my own 'de.po' translation file with all
the german terms for the Swiss Kontenplan from Walter Sterchi?
