scroll bar (@ gantt view).

  [Trunk/7.0] Project Phases gantt view badly rendered

Bug description:
  In OpenERP 7.0. With the module project_long_term installed. If the
  times of a Programmed Project Phase are too long, the rendering of the
  gantt view is badly rendered, as shown in the picture I include as
  attachment.
