This feature was implemented in v7 by adding the used coins/bills on the
Journal (only visible when 'Cash Control' is checked on).

Kudos for this approach because it solves problems of different branches
in Europe using EUR currency but not always using 0.01EUR and 0.02EUR as
for example in The Netherlands and Finland.

This way it allows you to define per journal (which can become a Cash
Register when POS is installed) which coins are used.

Bug description:
  Possibly the best solution is to store a list of values on the "res.currency" of which bills/coins you have for that currency.
  This way any cash statement openings can look at the currency and retrieve the values.
