Bug description:
  In OpenERP 7.0.

  1) Install the module project.
  2) Go to "Settings > Configuration > Project", click checkbox "Allow task delegation" and then Save.
  3) Go to "Project > Project > Tasks" and click Create.
  4) Name the Task "Task 01" and click Save.
  5) Clic Edit and go to the "Delegation" tab.
  6) In "Parent Task" click Add.
  7) I can select task "Task 001" that is the same task I am editing. This does not make sense and that task should be filtered out.
