The last patch for this bug had fixed the `sidebar_context` issue and
the API compatibility against gdata 2.0.14, but broke it for gdata
2.0.15 and later.

A new fix was applied in 7.0 at rev. 8644 rev-id:
odo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20130201123550-fltq366w60qt0aml to improve support for
all gdata version after 2.0.13. The gdata API for retrieving and copying
documents keeps changing all the time.

Bug description:
  If i try to add a google document as an attachment (google doc
  extension installed and credentials set) then the following error
  message comes up:

  
  Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'sidebar_context'


  In all nigthly builds and also the same on runbot
