Title:
  [Sales + Accounting] In Sales orders and Accounting pdf reports, the
  discount field should not be visible if product_visible_discount is
  not installed and checked in the settings

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. go to a db empty
  2. install sales
  3. go to sales, and make a sales order, confirm it
  4. print the pdf: there is a discount column (same with customer invoices)

  That column shouldn't be visible in the pdf report if the discount
  module is not installed and "Allow setting a discount on the sales
  order lines" is not checked in the sale settings.
