  Etc timezones have wrong name

Status in OpenERP Server:
  New

Bug description:
  Etc/GMT+4 timezone is actually GMT-4 and the one named Etc/GMT-4
  actually GMT+4. Check in attachment. Same applies to all Etc
  timezones.
