  Remove duplicates in addons-extra

Status in OpenERP Account payment addons:
  New
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  This modules are in addons-extra, and this produces a lot of
  confusion? which module is the correct one? If this project now has
  all the modules related to payment, the modules in the addons-extra
  should be deleted.
