Bug description:
  Following report shows the create button, it should not be show that.

  Accounting - >Followups Analysis
  Project -> Cumulative Flow 
  HR -> Timesheet Analysis
           Task Hours Per Month

  Fleet -> Indicative Costs Analysis
  Fleet -> Costs Analysis
