Bug description:
  When you change language in openerp 7 and you try to add an
  attachmentthe url  (action)
  http://54.228.245.9:8069/web/binary/upload_attachment is translated to
  http://54.228.245.9:8069/web/binary/upload_translated and you get an
  404 error
