  environment when 2 partners have the same IBAN number

Bug description:
  multicompany database (company A - company B)
  2 partners 
  Company A  - user creates   - eg. Acerta - IBAN ACCOUNT : BE64 7340 0318 5952
  Company B - other user creates  - eg. Acerta - IBAN ACCOUNT : BE64 7340 0318 5952

  Accounting - Banks - Import coda files

  In this case when you import a file you can get the warning  :

  The requested operation cannot be completed due to security
  restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.
