  [Trunk/7.0] Field State in partner adress is not related to country

Status in OpenERP Server:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Create a new partner based in State Arkansas. The country will be correctly changed to United State.
  Change to country to Switzerland, the State remains Arkansas.
