Gilles you didn't checked the "Track Incoming Lots " due to this you
can't see the restriction.

  Receive without serial numbers even though required

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Summary: I can receive a serialized product without having to input
  the serial number.

  Open the demo data. Go to Settings/Warehouse. Activate Track Serial
  Numbers. Open product [ADPT]. Activate Track Manufacturing Lots. Got
  to purchasing. Create PO for this product. Receive products from this
  PO but don't input any serial numbers. The receiving can be completed
  without inputting any serial numbers.

  Expected: The system should require the receiver to input the serial
  numbers of the products.
