Title:
  Allow linking the same attachment to different objects

Bug description:
  The attachment functionality helps a lot decreasing the amount of
  paper we need to handle.

  One thing we repeatedly run into is the wish to enter a task with some
  (scanned) document attached to it. This task may eventually lead to a
  contract, order or something else and we want to have the same
  document attached to the new objects without duplicating the
  attachment. We now *do* duplicate some documents, and the number is
  increasing rapidly, leading to ambiguity and unnecessary storage
  requirements.

  Currently there is no way to share one attachment to multiple objects,
  unless I am missing something.
