If you activate the technical features, you can change some things
already in Companies > TAB RML Header/Footer.  If you change the height
of the frame tag, it will change where the contents of your report
starts (apart from the company header).

You can also change the overlap of the company logo by changing y under
the comment  <!-- You Logo - Change X,Y,Width and Height -->

I will make a branch changing the defaults.
