  quick_create should not be allow on module to export field on export
  translation wizard

Bug description:
  open the export translation wizard.

  see the module to export field, type test_test and create the object.
  You can see the install button press it.

  You will see the traceback.

      if data.startswith(start_bytes):
  AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'startswith'
