The translation templates have now been re-exported and should be
available in the translation interface for all translators. About 200
new terms were introduced across all modules.

We can see the placeholder terms in the translation interface already, for example here is one:
 https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/7.0/+pots/account/nl/+translate?batch=10&show=all&search=Payment+term+explanation+for+the+customer

Title:
  [Trunk/7.0] placeholder are not translatable

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When synchronizing terms I can't translate a placeholder in
  untranslated terms.

  I see nowhere in po files a placeholder that has been translated.

  Am I missing something or placeholder aren't translatable ?
