  Advanced search in partner tags only looks at the child

Bug description:
  Summary: When there is a hierarchy of partner tags, the search filter
  "Tags - Contains" only looks at the last child rather than the whole
  hierarchy.

  v 7.0-20130309-002120

  Reproduce:

  Create partners with the following tag hierarchy.

  Partner A : OEMs
  Partner B: OEMs / Hardware
  Partner C: OEMs / Software
  Partner D: OEMs / Software / Database
  Partner E: Reseller / Software / Utilities

  Search: Tags contains "OEM"
  Result: Partner A.  Should be A, B, C, D.
  I can't get a list of all the OEMs.

  Search: Tags contains "ware"
  Result: Partner B, C.  Should be B, C, D, E.

  Search: Tags contains "Software"
  Result: Partner C.  Should be C, D, E.
  I can't get a list of all software related partners.

  I can't find the partners I'm looking for but the tags hierarchy is
  made to do it.
