Hi,

This bug report is basically a duplicate of bug 790164, which has been
fixed (again) in 7.0 yesterday. Please have a look at comment #12 on bug
790164 for more details and a possible workaround if you can't update to
the latest code immediately.

  Debian: admin password is coorect and match in openerp-server.conf at "admin_passwd ="
  i can create and drop DB at webclient.
  windows, all work
