Not able to reproduce in trunk as well  as in 7.0. So, Marking it as a
Fix release.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Go to 
  Warehouse  ->  Products  -> Products 

  Open any product form view , in 3 tabs (Information, Procurements and
  Sales) in description , there is a false by default.
