What other use can a proforma invoice have as to send it to the customer
for reviewing purposes? Why is there a Pro-Forma state at all then?

  Accounting -> Invoices:

  The buttons "Send by E-Mail" and "Print" should be also visible if the
  invoice is in the Pro-Forma State not only in
  attrs="{'invisible':['|',('sent','=',True), ('state', '!=', 'open')]}"
