I want to add that it is real usability bug, not an opinion, that leads
user to misunderstanding which incoming pickings are late.

  [7.0] Stock incoming picking list compares wrong date when

  stock.picking.out uses field 'min_date' (which is Scheduled Time) to
  compare items which might be late to be delivered (and highlights
  items in red). This is correct and makes sense, whereas
  stock.picking.in uses field 'date' for same comparison, which is
  creation date, which doesn't make sense.

  Please see diff for a fix.
