  [trunk] Group by Parent Sales Teams raises error

Bug description:
  From the list view of Sales Teams, if you try to group by Parent Sales
  Teams then it raises following error:

  Uncaught Error: Grouping on field 'parent_id' is not possible because that field does not appear in the list view.
