Title:
  Multilevel BOM including phantom BOM

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On the latest revision of 7.0 server, web and addons, I installed the
  MRP module and created the following products and BOM structure :

  Finished product (Stockable, MTO, Produce, Normal BOM)
  * Intermediate product A (Stockable, MTO, Produce, Phantom BOM)
  ** Component 1 (Stockable, MTO, Buy)
  ** Component 2 (Stockable, MTO, Buy)
  * Intermediate product B (Stockable, MTO, Produce, Phantom BOM)
  ** Component 3 (Stockable, MTO, Buy)
  ** Component 4 (Stockable, MTO, Buy)

  When I create a manufacturing order for the finished product and confirm it I get only 2 lines :
  Intermediate product A
  Intermediate product B

  and no procurement exceptions.

  I would expect to have 4 lines in my MO :
  Component 1
  Component 2
  Component 3
  Component 4

  and 4 purchase orders for each component.
