Title:
  OpenObject Report Designer Plug-in is not working under LibreOffice
  4.0

Bug description:
  Hi,
  I'm running OpenERP v7 ( openerp-7.0-20130225-002124 )  on an Ubuntu 12.04 server.
  The clients are running Ubuntu 13.04 and are connecting the server via webbrowser.
  Ubuntu comes with LibreOffice 4.02

  I'd like to install the OpenERP Report Designer.
  After installing the OpenObject Plug-In LibreOffice reports following error:
  Fehler: Status der Extension nicht bekannt (I would translate as : Error: Status of Extension unknown)

  If I click on "activate" it shows following error message:

  <class 'SyntaxError'>: invalid syntax (OpenERPReport.py, line 60), traceback follows
    /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/pythonloader.py:102 in function getModuleFromUrl() [codeobject = compile( src, encfile(filename), "exec" )]
    /usr/lib/libreoffice/program/pythonloader.py:149 in function writeRegistryInfo() [mod = self.getModuleFromUrl( locationUrl )]
