  [7.0] l10n_be_coda: doesn't match partner bank account

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I've encoured a bug when loading a coda file. The wizard do not match
  the partner bank account which is iban formated and the iban retrieve
  from the coda file.

  the problematic code is at line 361

  It should in fact reuse the code between lines 118 and 121 for this
