Title:
  [7.0] crm_case categ cannot be created on the fly from lead from view

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When creating a new category (categ_ids in crm lead) from the lead
  view, a new crm_case_categ is added in DB but without the object_id
  field populated. So there is no link the the lead object.
