I have found something more disturbing... In case of multi-level BoMs, I
have 2 BoMs for the same product with this structure :

BOM1:
-Product A
--Intermediate product A1
--Intermediate product A2
---Component 1
----Sub-component 1
----Sub-component 2
----Sub-component 3
---Component 2
---Component 3
--Intermediate product A3

BOM2:
-Product A
-Component 1 // the same as above!
--Sub-component 1
--Sub-component 2
--Sub-component 3
-Intermediate product A4
-Intermediate product A5

When I'm in "Products > Product A > More... > Product BoM Structure", if I develop the BoM for Component 1 from BOM1, I get the list of sub-components as expected. Now if I develop the BoM for Component 1 from BOM2, the developed BoM for Component 1 from BOM1 collapses ! Just as if it was the same tree at 2 different places. (see attachment 1)
> It is impossible for me to display the tree as I described it above, because when I develop Component 1 from one place, it collapses at the other place...

Moreover, when I click on "Manufacturing > Bill Of Materials > BoM1 >
BoM Structure > Component 1", the BoM for Component 1 is displayed
empty. When I access the BoM for Component 1 via "Manufacturing > Bill
Of Materials > Component 1", it displays correctly. (see attachments 2 &
3)

I have this issue with all the products with at list two (multi-level)
BoMs that use the same component (same sub-BoM) at some. point.

Bug description:
  Hello,

  Tested with latest trunk and V7.

  From Manufacturing > BOM > BOM structure shoud be same as product > BOM structure.
  Eg. Go to Manufacturing/ product/Bill Of Materials : Select "[PC-DEM] PC Assemble + Custom (PC on Demand)" product 
  from More choose "Bill Of Materials Structure" 
  Output: As shown in attached screen BOM Structure1

  Expected Result should be same as Product's BOM structure:
  Go to products select "[PC-DEM] PC Assemble + Custom (PC on Demand)" product and from more choose "Product BOM Structure"

  As per usability point of view both structure should be same.
