[Bug 1086793] Re: partner permission in portal

I believe that the duplicate status is wrong. I can say that the error
mentioned here is not fixed for me. I checked the code suggested in bug
#1094212, I have no if anymore in the function. I even tried the bugfix
module. The error is still there.
