Where can I Find the server log file. I seach for it under the project folder but I did not find such a file. The only file that I have is openerp-server.logrotate which have nothing important inside it.
Also is there anything to add to the command line, I mean some thing like --log-file=.......  How to use it and what is the benifits from it.

Adam,

You should take a look at the server log, I see this as a problm at your
end.

Please see log, you should see something like XMLSyntaxError.

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hi,

  The attached error appear when try to add an existing field to the
  form. Actually the same error appear when also try to install a module
  I solve the problem at that time by using the comment from
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-server/+bug/1094983 by make a
  comment on the statment self._validate(cr, user, [id_new], context).

  Now the same error message appear when try to add the field age to the
  form of Employee.

  Any suggestions!!
