[Bug 1222269] Re: bad calculation in start date in depreciation
Hi Rodolfo,
Thanks for providing video. You need to enable depreciation "Prorate
Temporis" if you want to have your depreciation based on Purchase Date.
In other case it will calculate starting from 1st date of the year.
Thanks for enabling "Prorata Temporis" and having tested at your end.

Bug description:
1.-in the active control module generates the depreciation calculation
initial date as the starting date of the year and should generate the
calculation starting from the date of purchase
2.- The result you observed
when calculating depreciation with date of purchase with a mid-year period, the move is generated by the initial starting date of the year
3.-The result you expected
Initial the move should have the period following the date of purchase
4.-The platform your are using in runbot.
