So now, with your modif we CANT filter withour install the marketing
module ...   but THESE fields create my CRM module, so why you dont move
fields in CRM MODULE view , so remove them from marketing and but them
in CRM.

CRM create fields but CANT be used without a other module, WTF is that
...

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In Crm Lead   (opportunity or lead, both have same bug)

  Search View, you can group by Campaign and Channel

  Form View, These 2 fields dont there, cant change  Campaign or Channel

  (from lauchpad version 2 april 2013)
