Hello,

When you enter the timesheet line or same when you enter task work log
entry it will create the "invoice task work" because basically both has
the same object.

Its design decision when you create the timesheet line or work log entry
you can able to create invoice for it. Additionally before you creates
the invoice then you have choice for select the "invoiced" things . Here
you can select how much amount of line you need to send for the invoice.

We can't consider this as a bug.

  [7.0] Not validated timesheets are available for invoicing ?!?

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Despite of "Allow timesheets validation by managers" is checked in HR
  Settings, as soon as an employee fills his/her timesheet for a given
  analytic account, the corresponding ours are immediately available for
  invoicing in sales/contracts for related contract/project. This is
  while the timesheet is still in "Waiting Approval" state.

  It seems that above ours are available also in all other related
  reports.
