this happen because method chained_location_get in the class
stock_location return None i there isn't a partner.

  [7.0] point_of_sale, chained locations don't work

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  install point_of_sale module, in configuration enable "Manage multiple
  locations and warehouses", create a new product, sell the product
  through pos. now go in Wharehouse > Receive/Deliver Products > Deliver
  Products in Destination section the destination location is Output but
  by default Output is Chaining Type Automatic No Step Added
